The Candidate
To be successful in this Year 2 ECT role, you will be a PGCE and QTS qualified primary ECT with outstanding communication skills and a desire to learn and gain experience. You will be driven and motivated with a passion for expanding the knowledge and skills of primary students who are beginning their journey through education.
 
The Role
As a Year 2 ECT, you will be responsible for the planning of innovative and engaging lessons for KS1 students. You will provide a unique and exciting delivery of the national curriculum, and in exchange will be supported and guided through your induction by a team of talented and nurturing teachers. In this role, it is essential that you have a warm, caring nature to build strong bonds with the pupils and staff. These bonds will be key to a successful induction and career.
